Jerry Avery built his executive career on a unique ability to construct highly successful teams and develop leaders into critical thinkers focused on growth.  Today, Jerry focuses on utilizing his team’s industry knowledge and resources to creating processes that drive results.   Jerry’s career in marketing and technical operations has paved the path to building highly effective, growth oriented teams at every level of an organization.  His belief in leadership development and constructing leaders that listen to diversity of thought are building blocks in creating health and success at every level.

 

Jerry currently sits on the board of a private equity and strategic advisory firm that co-invests or provides strategy properties to OneOncology, Advantage Group, Stryker Logistic, Aligned Health Ventures to name a few.  He has also served as President on many nonprofit boards associated with building youth and minority women of today into successful, leadership driven, productive individuals.  Recently Jerry served as Area Vice President of Charter Communications, a Fortune 100 company focused in telecommunication and broadband.  He has also held high level executive roles at Time Warner and Insight Communications.  His industry talks to corporate broadband audiences and local and federal government officials have set him apart as an expert in bringing broadband to rural communities.
